Jasia - an Asian chef/sushi restaurant in old Jaffa, was born thanks to an old dream of two childhood friends born in Jaffa. The unique menu was created out of their great love for Asian food on the one hand and the flavors they absorbed at their mothers' houses on the other. The result is interesting and exciting combinations of Asian dishes from the cuisines of Japan, Thailand, India and China, with winks from the authentic cuisine of Jaffa. Jasia is located in an ancient stone building of the Greek Orthodox Church - without a doubt a special building full of history. On the walls you will find impressive arches, wooden beams and fishing ropes alongside Asian designs, which show well the connection between the past and the present.
